Jason Momoa to Star in Apple Series ‘See’ A futuristic drama

Aquaman star Jason Momoa is set to star in forthcoming Apple original drama series, See, from Peaky Blinders creator Steven Knight, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire director Francis Lawrence, Peter Chernin’s Chernin Entertainment and Endeavor Content.

Being described as an “epic, world-building drama set in the future” See is written by Knight and directed by Lawrence. According to sources (via Deadline) the eight-episode series is set in a future where the human race has lost their sense of sight, and must find new ways to interact, build, hunt, and survive. But this is all challenged when a set of twins with sight are born.

Momoa is set to play Baba Voss, a fearless leader, warrior and guardian. Let’s be honest, could you see Jason Momoa playing any other kind of role?

Knight and Lawrence will also act as executive producers, alongside Chernin Entertainment’s Peter Chernin, Jenno Topping and Kristen Campo.
